AUTHOR
I’ve been writing since I was little — starting with originals like Grover and His Friends and a story about Princess Penelope and her pomegranate bush.
I started blogging back in the early days of LiveJournal (yes, when it was still cool) and haven’t stopped sharing words since. These days, I share musings on the beautiful, messy art of living as an aligned and authentic being.
My first book, Enough: Examine What You Tolerate, Stop Playing Small & Take Action, is now available on Amazon. It’s part tough love, part gentle reminder, and all about stepping into your whole self — with a bit of humor and a lot of heart.

Maggie holds a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Management with a minor in Human Resources Management from Northeastern University.
With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Maggie is certified through SHRM (SHRM-CP) and is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Richmond Society for Human Resources Management.
In addition to her leadership and HR background, Maggie is a certified Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher, Breathwork Facilitator, and Reiki I Practitioner. She blends these holistic modalities with her leadership expertise to support individuals and teams in building resilience, balance, and authentic connection.
