Life asks so much of us. This is your invitation to exhale — to return to yourself gently, consistently, and without apology. The Self-Care Sunday Series is a small-group experience designed to help you pause, breathe, and realign through practices that nurture your nervous system. Over three months, we’ll gather once a month to explore what it means to rest on purpose, honor your boundaries, and show up in your life with clarity and steadiness.
Each session offers a blend of mindful practices — sometimes movement, sometimes stillness, always presence. Together, we reconnect with the breath, tune into the body, soften into awareness, and reflect on what truly supports your energy and well-being.
This is not about doing more. It’s about remembering how to be.
